4-7-23 placed an online clothing order with Zeagoo; 4-17-23 order was shipped; 5-2-23 order was received; clothing is of low quality( material is see thru) , colours do not match merchant photos; I have requested a refund from the merchant twice; reply from merchant on first refund request, was an offer of $16 refund and 30% off a future purchase; second offer on refund request was $38 and 30% off a future purchase; now the merchant is suggesting that I gift the purchase to a family member or friend; merchant claims the return shipping fees will be expensive and take a long time
