- Surprise, AZ, USA

I came across a post in my feed on FB for Joseph's Artistic Crafts, which I am now learning was a scam. "Joseph Martinez" tells the story of losing his legs and an arm while in the military. He tells the story of his ailing mom. He talks about how he loves the United States of America. All about why he makes the items he is selling by hand. I purchased a piece of stained glass art of 3 birds on a branch on a nice stand. It's obviously in the photos a 3D object with depth to it, you can see in the pictures light bouncing off it's facets and how the light shines thru it. What I received was a flat piece of plastic with a picture of the birds glued to the backside which is nothing like the advertisement. It is scratched on the front and comes with a cheap "stand" that looks nothing like the advertisement either. Not worth more than a few dollars, not the $41 I spent for it.

I purchased a Milwaukee Bucks jacket which on their website, It's authentic I called and left several emails and messages. No one answers the phone and on their live chat the response is limited.

I was looking for a trail cam for my yard and this website popped up in my online search. I looked at the website testimonials and the site seemed legit. They offered:

100% Safe and Secure

Checkout, so I purchased:

Order summary: 1 Unit of VISIONNER Wifi Trail Cameras + 32 GB TIF/SD Cards x1 × 1 $149.85

it arrived in January but it was very cold until April/May and I didn't put it out until warmer weather came. It took 8 AA batteries and I watched the video they sent by email on how to set it up and began connecting to the Bluetooth, then the WiFi....it would connect to the WiFi in TEST mode, but when I put it in ON mode, the wifi went off every time. I am a pretty savvy computer person and tried every way to get it to work...never got one picture or video.

I wrote them on 6/15 requesting my money back. the next day an email from:

Angela Heather – Head of Customer Service

Visionner Co.

https://tryvisionner.com/

with the same information I already went through on how to set it up. I did not keep all the emails in between, but Angela said they could not give me a refund because the box wasn't opened in 30 days.

yesterday's (6/26) email said:

So, I've read the ScamPulse.com comments re: this company and some said they DID send the products back to China, it costed more than the product, and they did not ever get a refund. I am not going through that trouble. I'm asking if you can do anything. let me know if you need the emails I saved from this company. *****

- Mesa, AZ, USA

Website selling shoes

- Aliso Viejo, CA, USA

The website depicts clothing that looks very high quality but in fact the clothing is very cheaply made and does not adhere to conventional sizing. The body of the two dresses that I bought are large and the sleeves are very small. The style and material do not look anything like the pictures online. The site says that you can return the items within 30 days of purchase but you must get approval to through a return certificate. It is impossible to obtain the certificate and they communicate via email that takes days to respond that they will refund you a fraction of what was paid.
