Normally I read reviews and do a lot more digging into places I do not usually order from..December 13, 2024 I saw a ad for Christmas pajamas on my Instagram feed. Normally I buy my pajamas somewhere else, but timing got the best of me and this company said I would have the pajamas by December 17, 2024 and they would ship from LA, perfect. I receive an email saying that they shipped on December 16, 2024, but they were coming from China. When I saw that, I reached to them via email to inquire about a refund because they were not going to be here on time for my Christmas Eve boxes. Fast forward to January 2025. I checked

the "tracking" number they provided and it said my package was delivered SUNDAY January 19, 2025. I reached out to them, told them I didnt receive a pkg. They wanted to offer me a 40% refund and then a 75% refund. I told them this was a SCAM and that Ill probably never see my items. Now the entire website is gone as of January 28, 2025

Followed link online to sale sire for Brooks running shoes and gear, enter credit card info to purchase shoes, received text stating order received. Became suspicious, tried to follow links to verify vendor, all are dead end

Joy in Box, needs to stop advertising Christmas apparel and confirming delivery for Christmas. This store is a scam and completely does not deliver.

I linked from Facebook ad to website to shop and purchase an outdoor wood cut out of a nativity scene for $40. I was charged $50 plus an international fee of $1.00. The product shipped from Norway and was absolutely not as pictured. I emailed requesting a refund, and the return address to ship it back. I have an exchange of emails giving me the run around, never providing the return address as their website states. They have offered a $12 refund and say it’s too expensive to ship the product back to China (?)

I found this company on Instagram and was asked to be a micro influencer. I added my information to this company’s website and they’ve been charging my card nonstop and I am unable to cancel my “subscription” on their website. I have been contacting them for the past two weeks and not gotten a response. This company is not real. They are not sending actual products and their Instagram has been reported by me.
