I found this company on Facebook and I reached out and spoke with Michael Johnson and requested a pair of UGG boots and he said it would be $100, so after texting thou Messenger I sent him the $100 to $JOHNSON35072. After I sent the money, he said now you have to send an addition $40 for shipping which he never mentioned. The next day a requested the money back for personal reasons. He said the package is not with him anymore and i had to make the payment of $40 again. I request a refund more than 50 times. He then said something about a return policy which he never mentioned prior to me sending money. After this going on for over two weeks. I told them I would pay the shipping but i only had $20 which he said OK that fine and I sent the $20 to Ricardo Glenn $C9AJuice and i asked over and over again is this the only money i will be paying is the $20 nothing else and he said yes you will receive your order in 3 days.. no more money needed. This all started Sept 26 and it now October 10 and email the email address on Facebook which is supertoes81@gmail and i was told on October 20 i would be sent the tracking information which i never received. On October 22 i received an email request $50 more for Boss fees before they deliver my order, I said I dont have it and to please refund my money and I was told it was impossible to refund my money. I continued to request a refund of my money. Today is October 30 and I still haven't received my money...PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!
