I ordered flowers to be delivered to a residence in Hawaii. They never delivered them. I called and was put on hold for 50 minutes. Once connected I was able to speak with someone with an Asian accent and then was cut off before getting my delivery issue resolved. Communicating via email was a joke. I was conversing with am AI chat box. They promptly charged my credit card, but kept making excuses for why the delivery was not made. They cut off communication after I said I was going to report them.
