I was trying to buy Taylor Swift tickets. I was sent a picture of them with information. I sent a deposit and was supposed to have tickets transferred via Ticketmaster. After the initial transfer the agreement changed and they were milking me for another 45 here another 100 there. They started sending nasty messages calling me names etc. I asked for a refund and they kept saying yes but never refunded my money. Instead they kept calling me names and demanding more money. I declined and the last message I received said that I was useless and I was scammed. Then they took themselves off the instant message board.
