I placed an order on what appeared to be the official Burts Bees Baby website but was actually through Hydrence.com. I didn't realize until after I placed my order and didn't receive a confirmation email. I'd saved the page on my browser and was able to find my order information and the customer service email. After over 30 days and having not received my order, I emailed customer service. They said they resent the order and gave me a new tracking number. While on the package tracking site one day there was a weird pop up and since then I've been getting 10 or more phishing emails a day from all different random senders. My replacement package never arrived and they tried to bargain with me and only provide a 70% refund because they couldn't get a full refund from their carrier. I pushed back and they said they would issue a full refund but it could take up to 25 days. I haven't hit the 25 days so I'm not sure if the refund will come through. I honestly don't care as much about the $41 I paid for the product I didn't receive as I want the phishing emails to stop.
