I responded to an email that I thought was from Cole Hann, in reference to a sale for the 4th of July. My order was for 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of Sneakers. My order was placed on 7/27/2024. And the money was deducted from my bank account the next day for the amount of $31.93. I have a Transaction ID # and also received a Tracking number. So after 2 weeks of nothing, I sent an email to [email protected] , but didn't receive any response from them. So I called the REAL Cole Hann and they told me that they have no record of any order in my name. They also gave me the REAL information of their website and how they receive orders and how they send the merchandise to its customers. When I gave them the information of the company that pretended to be them they confirmed that it was not their company. I contacted the fake CH via email to inform them that I was reporting them to the Authorities, I finally received a response back on 8/26/2024. Saying they apologize for the inconvenience and that I would be receiving the order in the next few days. It has been 3 weeks since I still haven't heard back from them or received my order.
