I ordered 3 ladies blouses from this online store Curvedream advertising on Facebook -they didn’t fit and the quality was horrible - I sent them back in perfect shape, never worn and in their original packaging - they tried to negotiate paying me $20 or a gift card and I just wanted my complete refund - so after the big runaround they sent me strict and clear instructions where to return it - I paid for the return as well - it’s been since 4/24/23 that I have heard nothing and did not receive any refund - I have sent at least 1/2 dozen emails to see what’s happening with my refund and now they have ghosted me. I saw so many reviews about this company and apparently it’s happening to a lot of people! It’s just awful that this happens and I hope they get some kind of consequences!
