Purchased owala cups online and received a tracking number that said the package was delivered. Contacted them via email and they assured me that I would receive a refund. When I called there was no answer. I have tried to reach out multiple times with no refund.

I got tricked on Instagram; product was a word game. Purchased 12/6/25, have received shipping "updates" and the company insists the package was delivered, but it was not.

This is how the charge appears in my checking: IAT PAYPAL NAN CHANG YANG FA KE JI YOU XIAN

This is what their email looks like:

Dear ****************** Your order number is ************ and the product name is ??LAST DAY SALE 49% OFF??-The Crossword Solitaire Game?? 2 BOX ($15.99 Each).

The tracking number is: *******************.

We checked that your package logistics status has been updated.

Now the package logistics status is: transit.

Detail status of the logistics:Charlotte,28247,United States,The shipment is in transit in the country of United States.

I ordered this product and they sent a delivery status tracking number. The order was out for delivery yesterday no none showed up. I cannot get a delivery status. I called and email to inquire no one will respond.

Company did not deliver item (7ft Christmas Tree).

Seller provided false tracking number and tracking information. Paypal denied claim stating seller provided "valid" tracking information.

There was never a valid tracking number nor a valid shipper.

Thousands of complaints regarding same seller. Seller provides bogus tracking info and item is never received

I ordered a swim trainer for my son in june. I originally received a tracking number, but my item never moved. After a few weeks, I wrote to Dreamelly and they told me that it was taken care of and that I will received it soon. After another few weeks I wrote again, but this time nobody answered me. I wrote a 3rd and final time, still no response. Finally, I received an e-mail a few days ago from an ex-employee of Dreamelly telling me that it was a scam and the employee just learned it recently. He suggested me to filled and complaint here.

I thought I brought a stroller that converts into a car seat on March 2024. I received a confirmation email stating the package was shipped on March 4th 2024. However this was not the case and next I know when I went to check the status of my order, I see a shipped of March 18th which confused me. I contacted the seller who kept asking me to be patient. After some time , I reached out to the seller again and again about delivery and tracking. A fake package was sent with an net weight of 6lbs, the post office confirmed the tracking number is invalid, seller refusing to issue an refund, I’ve tried mediation which I feel is going nowhere. I’ve sent numerous emails to their customer service and they also tell me to be patient. It’s like they all scamming together.

They offer a product for purchase, once you purchase the product they create a USPS shipping label, send an email the stating that your order is on the way. The email also includes the USPS tracking number. The issue is the product is never actually shipped nor is it ever recieved by USPS. When I inquire about my order the only response they give every time is.....

"Please rest assured that your order is still on its way to you. We have contacted the courier services to update the tracking information ASAP."

Everytime I check the tracking number on the USPS websites it always only state.....

"USPS is awaiting your item, as the merchant has received the order at 6:33 am on February 3, 2024" .... keep in mind I originally ordered on January 23, 2024 but the had USPS update the information on Feb 3rd, which was the exact same information that was on there before.

I reached out to them to cancel the order and they did eventually cancel my order but the keep $10 for a "restocking fee". The problem is how can they keep my money for a restocking fee when the product was never actually shipped from their facility. When I read many reviews which were outside of their website and I found out that they had done the same thing to multiple people, now if they did this to say a million people at $32 but refunded them minus a $10 restocking fee, they made out with $10 million for a product that they never intended to deliver. That's a scam

A family member of mine was on YouTube and saw the ad showing that clothes are sold cheap, so this person went to the website and ordered five items. This person received a confirmation for the purchase. As time progressed, another email came with the tracking number. He/she opened the email showing the link to track down her order, and the website opened to track718.us. As she opened it once in a while to check it out, she finally saw that her package was delivered on 01/07/24 at 14:46:29. So when she went outside to check, there was nothing in front of the door, it was odd, and so her daughter went on FedEx website to track down, and it showed that this tracking number was not found. Now, at this point, this was getting more suspicious, so she emailed the company’s customer service, and no reply was made. I researched and found an article about this scammer and found out that they never will send the package, and there are a lot of people who went through this. They lure you to purchase from them by selling cheap stuff to get your personal information. Also, the targeted person checked his/her bank account, and oddly, the transaction was not shown.

The company claims to sell home goods like sheds, lawn mowers, coffee machines, etc. Some of the items are in the thousands of dollars. They processed my credit card payment for a coffee machine and the next day said they have shipped it and gave me a FedEx tracking number. The item didn’t arrive and when I tried to track it, the number was for someone else’s package. They didn’t respond to my emails or complaints to their support department. When I called they hung up on me. The company is a scam and a fraud.

Website/ordering process SEEMED normal. From prior experience with different company, the "Tracking/Shipping Company" is the same fraudulent site I encountered before. All customer service email responses were "cut & pasted" with no helpful information regarding my order.

There policy is no refunds once a tracking number has been issued. They gave me a tracking number once I emailed them about purchase. They scan a tracking number but never ship anything. Total scam. I have filed complaints with my bank as well as the FTC.

I ordered shoes off a website that claims to be in the US. Jordanlucky.shop. I emailed after no confirmation was sent, per website info. They emailed me a usps tracking number. It appears a shipping label was made, but no product was sent. Order date was 11/29/22. They have a NY and OH address depending on the page you look at. The email talks about foreign exchange, so I'm thinking they are out of the US.
