I placed an order with this company, Snug Hoodie, from an ad I found on Instagram and Facebook. I ordered two of them for $80 and paid with PayPal for protection. It promised free express shipping and I got a tracking number within two days saying my order shipped and was on its way. (order #1223) FedEx tracking number 281342288085. I was supposed to get it Tues 11/5/24. Originally slated to come between 9:45am-11:45am but then by end of day. Then to my surprise at almost 5pm it said attempted delivery but no one was home. I looked outside and there was no attempted delivery sticker and I was home. So I called FedEx. First representative said that my name and info was not associated with the given tracking #. I asked how this could be. She said to contact the seller and ask them to provide me with a correct tracking. I have no number or anything to contact the seller other than an email. So I emailed them. I thought about it some more and I called Fedex again in hopes to possibly get more info. Im glad I did. Apparently the tracking number I had was a shipment from Carparts.com and was being shipped to a ***** (name on package) I emailed the company again and asked them how this happened, wheres my package or correct tracking number. If they cant rectify this I will get my money back from PayPal. All they replied with was they were sorry for the inconvenience and refunded me right away. Now, normally that would suffice. But they never explained how the "error" occurred, where my order is, and why Im not receiving it. So I went on a few of their social media pages and wrote something in the comments about my experience. Low and behold I came across someone who went through the exact same thing. They take your money and pretend to send something out to the wrong address and you never get it. This person still hasnt even been refunded and they wont answer them at all. I think this whole thing is way too suspicious. They finally got back to me when I threatened to report them and they said they werent a scam and they refunded me. I said yes but you offered no explanation as to what happened and why I wouldnt be getting my order. They told me since I got my money back, I can order it again if I want it. Now does this sound legit or professional?
