Saw add for discounted Kate Spade bag, I looked over reviewed and it appeared ok so I purchased the item. The item took about three weeks to be received and came from an address of Jane, 371 Little Falls Rd Ste 4, Cedar Grove NJ 07009. When I purchased the item I never received a confirmation so I filled out a contact us form and received an email from [email protected] with the subject listed as katenewyork.katebags.shop. The individual provided me the order number. I received the item about three weeks after purchased. When I received the bag, I realized it was a fake item with the label Kate Spade. The bag smelled of nasty chemicals that triggered a headache. I reached back out to the company to find about returning, they had no policy listed. I was told I could return it but I would need to mail it back to China at the address Address: No.248,Xinkou Avenue,Jindong District,Yangquan City,Shanxi Province,China, Zipcode : 145000, Phone number: 18724658493, Receiver: Tony. They did not offer to pay shipping or provide any return label. Then they offered that if I was not happy with the item, instead of me shipping it back, they would issue a partial refund. I asked them what was considered a partial refund and told they would only credit back 15%. I have since received an email from what appears to be the same scammers using the following URL, https://katespade.nrbbackpack.com/index.php?main_page=category&cID=1, These people appear to be selling knock offs passing as the real item.
