Presenting as a Facebook ad for Sparkpaws, a $5 sale on dog apparel. However when clicking on the ad it took you to, https://eivros.com/. The page said Sparkpaws at the top and looked extremely similar to the real sparkpaws.com. The url however said eivros.com (which I didn’t catch at first). When placing the order it also mentioned Eivros again in the confirmation ID. At that point I tried to cancel my order instantly. The only way to cancel/contact the seller is through email. On the website under “contact us” it has: [email protected]. However if you place and order like I did, it says “contact us”: [email protected]. I contacted this email immediately after purchase when I noticed these red flags. I was told that somehow my order shipped in the few hours it took for them to respond, the tracking number they sent, showed no updates. Then after I presented that information in another email they advised they couldn’t cancel it because it would be too expensive for them. I again advise nothing was even sent and it had only been hours since I placed the order (11/15/2024). After some back and fourth they offered a partial refund and keeping the order. I said no, I want a full refund with no product. Again more back and fourth, they offered a 50% refund and keeping the order. I said no, 100% refund and cancel the order. Finally they agreed to 100% refund and canceling the order on 11/19/2024. They advised it takes 25 days for a refund to appear but gave no tracking info. Again I contacted them multiple times checking on the status of the refund, although I confirmed the amount, when I asked them to confirm it too, they never did. Then 12/12/2024 I received and email from [email protected] CC’d [email protected] stating:

“”We have processed your refund in accordance with the needs negotiated in the email.

Your transaction number is F0241117110400836856888038. We have processed the refund for you on 2024-12-10 18:19:32, and the refund will appear in your original payment account.

The actual time it takes for your refund to return to your account depends on a number of factors, including how you paid for the transfer, the currency you paid for, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund. Please wait patiently for 3-5 days. If there is anything we can do to assist you further please let us know at [email protected]“””

I checked my bank account (used a debit card) since I am supposed to receive a refund of $38.54. There is still no full refund as of 12/15/2024. This seller is an imposter and scamming people pretending to be a well known company, Sparkpaws.

Copy of a website if bought from before called Sparkpaws

The scammers, EIVROS, duped a legit website (sparkpaws.com) via social media. Targeted people click the Social Media page and are taken to eivros.com instead of sparkpaws.com. People who have shopped at sparkpaws.com are not likely able to notice the difference; the dupe was very well done. Payment was made and a confirmation email from EIVROS (apparent shipping partner) with tracking number was sent. The package was "tracked" and EIVROS said it was delivered. I followed up, stating my package was not delivered and asked for an update. They sent this:

"Your package has been delivered. If it has not been received, it may have been lost. We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received the package yet. We understand your feelings. We are well aware that every order and package carries the strong expectations and love of customers. Our goal has always been to provide customers with a satisfactory shopping experience, and please believe that we will solve all your problems for you.

After hearing your feedback about not receiving the package, we contacted the courier as soon as possible, hoping that the courier could make financial compensation, but it was difficult for us to obtain compensation from the courier. Normally, couriers will not make any compensation for delivered packages.

As our esteemed customer, we cannot let you bear this loss. We are willing to resend the package to you for free.

1. Are you willing to receive the second package? We will resend you if you want. Please let us know about your opinion.

2. If you are unwilling to wait and refuse the second package, please let us know and we will continue to provide you with other solutions.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us here and we will help you solve the problem. Please rest assured.

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you will have a good day."

I asked for a refund and have not yet gotten a response.
