These people claim to be web developers and do not charge a lot. That is because they are not developers. They are scammers. Over the course of two years, they did not complete a project and kept asking for more money. When we finally decided to part ways and asked for our intellectually property back, they kept it hostage and tried to extort $500 additional from us. We did not pay and they still have it. Do not trust these people, you will end up paying a lot more than what they are asking and you will leave with nothing.
