I went to this site to purchase a Dyson HP01 heat/cool unit. I put in my shipping address and debit card information. My card was declined. It says on the site that if your card is declined, email a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license. I did so. I tried to call them and left a message. The site says they will get back to you after receiving your license. I never heard from them. No one answers my emails or phone calls. Today my debit card was used to order something from Best Buy to be shipped to Pennsylvania. I’m in North Carolina. Fortunately Best Buy caught it and immediately canceled it. I called the bank and they canceled my card. This website for Kitchenbath Closeout is the only non-legitimate site I have entered my card information on AND THEY HAVE MY DRIVERS LICENSE! It has been over a week since initially contacted them. They still have the Dyson on their site and I’m still unable to order it. If it’s a legitimate business I believe they would’ve contacted me by now.
