I purchased multiple items on 11/16/24 from their website. They received payment from my credit card and never delivered any of products I purchased. I emailed them multiple times and it was oh it’s on its way,or someone else has your package. This has gone on over and over with a email reply back from them letting me know that they felt like 60% refund was fair due to economic issues and I rejected the offer. They have tried negotiating with me over 90% refund and again I stated this is not up for negotiation. I never received even one of the many items I purchased from them and I insisted on a full refund. They said it might take up to 10-25 depending on the banks? But they were very shady about the whole process. I threatened to call you and report them, and call my credit card company and report fraud. I really don’t think they believe me.

I have copies of all the emails and documents that I said I them.

Sole an electric bike, product never arrived. They said I received sunglasses instead but I didn’t receive anything at all. Refuses to give a refund.

Website states shipping to United States is by DHL or UPS. They state international shipping is USPS. They say UPS orders should be delivered within 2-4 business days. Ordered an item three weeks ago and still haven’t received. There’s no mention on the website that item is being drop shipped from China. While the website goes on to say max shipping time is 30

Business days so the very delayed packages may meet the “expected delivery date”, the website is misleading. There’s no way any item can possibly arrive in the typical expected time they claim when shipped from China by boat.

Ordered from Yocartgo. Weeks went by and I didn't receive an email saying it had shipped. I began reaching out. At first they responded saying the products I bought were in high demand so it would take awhile. I waited a few more weeks. Still nothing. They stopped responding to my email.

Fashion Plus is a marketplace seller of Walmart. I placed an order for (3) packs of 'brazilian human hair bundles' but it was canceled 10 days after I placed the order. I never received a refund after contacting the company multiples time with no response, and it's been 2 months since this instance occurred. I notified Walmart about the issue as well but they were unable to resolve the issue. I attempted to call the company as well but the number was out of service. I submitted multiple reviews relating to the company and they deleted every single review I posted. The product I attempted to purchase has no reviews FYI.

The ad for the online store popped up in my marketplace while searching for some items that I needed. Once I ordered my one item for $100 I realize that I wouldn’t need it so I immediately emailed them back to say cancel the order and refund me I never heard from them once and never received my money back it’s been two months and they still haven’t contacted me.

Selling a large purple l-shape with a chaise for $139.99. My sister told me about it but she finally got her money back. Direct Express my debit card let them take my money . Never received furniture been over 3 months

I was shocked to open up my email and find a charge for $1600.00 For Microsoft Surface Book. (I don't even have windows, etc...as I all my stuff is grounded in Apple.)
