In review of my credit card statement, I noticed a charge for $39.95 from Wakeupthemount.com. Their "web site" consists on one page that says basically nothing about the service I'm supposed to receive for this monthly charge. In calling the 844-707-9451 number provided on their web site, I was initially told that they could not find my account before they abruptly disconnected the call. In my next attempt at the same number, they somehow found my account and told me they would cancel my subscription to a streaming service that I never signed up for and return the $39.95. Since this was apparently a billing service, I asked for the name of the company they were representing and was told it's Digitalizze.co. Going to their web site, it appears to me that the same billing company is handling their calls (844-980-3193) as they also told me my account did not exist. I still do not know how I signed up for this "service" and I frankly do not believe there is a service at all based upon the lack of detail on each web page. I believe this is a scam, but I don't know how they got me credit card information to sign me up for the monthly fee.
