This is a paid subscription service providing trading callouts for users to trade in the open market in a DISCORD group community in real-time while the market is open. The discord server owner encourages the members to post their successes of the trades they are taking in the community channel. Most of the successes are outside the service callouts but the business owner is using the successes of the members to promote under false pretense in various social media outlets that the success was behind the callouts to lure in more paid members. The business is advertising a free trial but charges upon activation of the free trial and at the end of the trial allowed to cancel without refund. When expressing concern to the business owner about the usage of another's success that is not part of the service given but using to promote the business under false pretense and about the false advertisement with a free trial, the business owner denies and removes the user from the community without the refund on the last day of the trial and proceeds to publicly Tweet screenshots of the member's success and private messages to discredit the customer.
