Skillshare is offered on both pc and app. The service offers a free subscription as a trial but the content you’re able to access is extremely minimal (possibly a 3~5 min video from various content providers. You’re notified that if you upgrade your services that you will gain full access. The company has automatically selected that I would like to pay for a year, minimum,

for $165.00 and deducts the full amount listed. Services are continued as a free trial subscription yet no access more than before is granted. When you reach out to customer service they- they request proof of payment. Upon submitting (providing payment proof but not account/name details) they disappear without any response after. I seem to be 1 of a multitude of people who are part of this issue and have paid this amount. Please assist. I along with many others have asked for refunds and tried to file complaints.
