I'd thought that I was getting a booking. I took my confirmation to the hotel and they told me no, they would not honor such a thing, the front desk person then stated she had no rooms available, she checked again and said I would need to pay an additional $132 if I wanted a room. Now after complaining, I am being bombarded with emails from Algotels telling me they are keeping my money. First they steal, then they harass you when you tell them you want your money back.
