I received an email later saying to call 8667702822 and I felt better that It is a legitimate company and my credit card was not scammed. It took some time to get CSR and I enquired about my flight and I was told It’s still pending because I am aware of timing as a factor to secure better price on a flights and that answer pending wasn’t an acceptable answer for me. I said so why is it still pending and only after pressing for a better answer was I told the truth that the advertised fare no longer available and I would have to pay more. I immediately realized it’s the bait and switch scam and said to cancel my credit card and I’m hoping they didn’t charge my card they didn’t provide confirmation and that they didn’t sell my credit card information. They said wouldn’t charge credit card until everything confirmed. I still toldCSR you better not charge my credit card and hung up. After that uneasy conversation I felt like I have been scammed because they have all my credit card information which they can use, sell or get my card in a compromising situation which will not be good for me. I am not sure what type of protection customers like myself have against deceitful, unethical businesses.
