Went to book airline tickets and searched on Kayak.com. An offer appeared and it took me to another 3rd party site, Global Flight Catchers. We booked the tickets and then received email confirmation. about 1 month later we received an email saying that our itinerary had changed and we were booked on a new departing flight. Just last week i went to print out the new itinerary and confirm seats etc. I could not see my itinerary. I called Delta and confirmed with them that I did not have tickets for the flights. They told me that the tickets were cancelled by the travel agency. Since that time I have been trying to get the agency to boo my tickets with no success. They tod me they are working on it. I still do not have tickets. I am gald that I wentonline to check on the tickets. If I waited until the day before travel, I would have been in real trouble. NO TICKETS. They keep telling me they are working on it but no resolution. I have requested money back because they did not deliver what I paid for.

I gave my address and credit card info thinking I was booking a flight from New York to Lisbon on United. This company was listed on sky scanner which is a website that has many different companies listed to book flights. I have used it before with no problem. I received an email after purchasing confirming the credit card and saying the ticket would be issued shortly, but there was not a ticket issued at all. I tried calling and talked to someone briefly but the call was immediately disconnected and now no one answers the phone. They also have not returned my emails. This is definitely a scam. This company now has my credit card info, and though they have not charged my account YET, I now have to rebook a ticket since the first one was never issued as promised (which means my ticket will now be more expensive). I will also have to call my credit card company to make sure this company does not charge me.

I booked a 8:30am train ticket for USD 230. I then got an email saying that train was sold out and to either choose another time, or receive a refund. I selected a 6:30am train which costs USD 164. They refused to issue me a refund for the difference in price. They said I had the option to get a full refund which I didn't select.

I booked a flight to nyc from Barcelona. This was a last minute emergency flight because my passport got stolen in Barcelona.

I booked so I could go home.

Then realized I didn’t need the flight.

I tried to cancel. No avail.

I tried to request credits, I tried to change the date.

I followed their policies for everything and they had me calling each company. The flight is through Vueling, no, level, no Iberia, no change or through the 3rd party.

I was finally about to speak to someone for help they asked me to go online to change the flight. I tried. The links don’t work. I tried multiple time over multiple days. There’s always an error or it leads me back to the home page.

Per their policy I have 4 hours to change the flight before take off. I tried online… I can’t even click on the link. When I spoke to them on the phone they said, well that’s because the link doesn’t work 24 hours before the flight but you can change it on the phone with me for $100. ?? what??

I searched a flight through Kayak.com. Kayak directed me to Chatdeal to book my flight. I purchased the flight and trip insurance through Chatdeal. Once arriving at the airport for my flight the airline could not find my ticket. After working for about .5 hours they found my name but it said "restricted". I called Chatdeal to try and work out the issue which was on their end, but they could not fix the problem on time. I therefore missed my initial flight because of their inability to get the problem fixed. They said they would get me on another flight which I waited for but they kept telling me they were waiting on the airline to respond. I missed the opportunity for this flight as well because they would not move forward with the exchange for tickets. I then asked for a refund which they said they would not do because it was the issue of the airlines scheduling. Every time I spoke with an agent they said they would call back but never did. They intentionally withheld information in order to not pay for exchange fees and refund tickets.

I purchased tickets to & from Ibiza with ChatDeal (a partner of Kayak) & they left me stranded in Ibiza on the morning of November 6th . I arrived at the Ibiza airport over 3 ½ hours before my flight (American 8830) was set to depart back to the states. At the Iberia counter, I showed my ChatDeal itinerary (booking No. KBE857E) with my flight from Ibiza to Madrid to the agent & she explained that ChatDeal did not book me on the flight & I was not on the passenger manifest. ChatDeal only booked my flights from Madrid to Miami & Miami to Charleston, but not from Ibiza to Madrid. Her supervisor told me that they couldn’t do anything further because the flight was booked through a 3rd party. By 10:30am I was on the phone with ChatDeal trying to figure out how to get home. Every phone call & online chat with ChatDeal wielded a different answer. The first was to deal with the airlines directly, but after speaking to airline supervisors at Iberia & American, they confirmed that they could not alter 3rd party tickets. Only the ticketing agent could. I believe that ChatDeal is fully aware of this disclaimer & was just passing off their responsibility. So I called ChatDeal again & the next agent told me that they would reschedule me for the next flight out, but after waiting on hold for a very long time I was disconnected. I called back & was told by another ChatDeal agent to book a flight to Madrid in order for ChatDeal to get better access to more flights home, which I did. When I finally arrived at my hotel in Madrid, I got back on the phone many more times & was told that they were rebooking my flights & that I just needed to confirm the new flight itinerary via email. June, a ChatDeal agent, emailed two itineraries & I responded to the one that I could actually make with such short notice. She wasn't feeling well & passed my itinerary onto another agent who would further assist me within a couple/three hours. I didn't hear back & began calling again. The next agent said that he had no such rescheduling request but that he would request it right then but that it would take yet several more hours to receive flight change confirmation. Again, no email/no call/no response. This was over 15 hours from the start of this debacle. June later emailed me that she had initiated a refund request but when I followed up there was no such request made. I purchased my tickets through ChatDeal, which ultimately did not book me on the flights that my itinerary confirms. I am seeking financial compensation from ChatDeal for all of my expenses involved in this terribly handled situation (new flights home, hotel, taxis, etc). I am posting this on travel websites to try & help others avoid this experience with ChatDeal. It appears I’m not the only one? I urgently needed to be home to fulfill my child custody agreement terms but that urgency was met without any compassion or care. Luckily, I was travelling alone, but my experience could have turned out very differently due to safety reasons, coupled with complete exhaustion.

Airline intermediary working with website Momondo, which I have used in the past. Company started calling and emailing with different confirmation numbers and flight options, also saying there was trouble processing payment. Requested they cancel my purchase but was not refunded. New charges appeared on my statement within 24 hours for additional charges that are not for any purchases I attempted to make.
