I booked a flight from LAX to SMF via Shermans Travel to this Travoport. I then got a phone call saying my flight is "on standby" bec it was a promo. THERE WAS NOWHERE IN THE BOOKING INCLUDING THE FINE PRINT THAT SAIDIT WAS A STANDBY FLIGHT otherwise I would not have booked. Now thye wont refund my money and said the only way I can have the booking confirmed is IF I BUY THE REGULAR FLIGHT WHICH WAS $53 more.! I could have gone to other websites and booked there and saved money! THI is a A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
