I attempted to cancel my order several times and the customer service email refused to refund my money. Then waited several weeks for my order tracking it through the universal tracking package website. It now says it was delivered 06/05/23, when in fact IT WAS NOT. I still do not have my items, yet they took the money off my debit card immediately. No phone number to call. I tried contacting China Post to obtain tracking company info and they kept asking for $5 to get info from a lawyers.
