Identical to the previous report. Ordered 3 hair toppers in variations of blonde, received 3 hair toppers in blonde with dark brown roots, Dark brown, and black. The quality was also terrible. Their response was that the difference was based on camera lighting. Offered full refund if I return at not cost, but were clear that this would take a long time and would be very expensive. Offered 30% refund. Original purchase was over $80. After NUMEROUS emails back-fourth, I resulted to filing a complaint through PayPal….several more back-fourth through PayPal system and I eventually accepted $60, from my original $81. I probably could have gotten more, but I was a couple weeks in and decided it was no longer worth it. This $21 loss was also cheaper than return shipping and I had NO confidence they would even refund me at all….they were even clear to say that many shipments get “lost” and they can’t be responsible if that happens and won’t refund unless they receive the item. This is clearly a scam. They send a crap product, completely ignore the order and just package random cheap items and then blame it on you, hoping you’ll give up and they’ll win.
