I am writing to inform you that I have never received the Bath and Body Works Candles that I ordered on November 2, 2023. It has been 30 days, and I believe if this were a legitimate company, I would have received my order by now.
I am requesting a full refund and an explanation for the reason that I have received no communication from your company to inform me of the status of the order and have not received the products ordered.
