i applied for my grandson birth certificate on June 17, 2020 . i paid $40.00 and have not received it. Vital Record of

MS doesn't have a request for the a birth certificate. i have been scammed.

We needed to obtain my grandson's birth certificate for school this fall. My daughter still did not have one. She said the hospital did not give her one when he was born. I explained we will need to get one. I googled Oregon birth certicates on ***. The website pops up (O.V.U.S. Online Vital US). After filling out the forms with all his information they request $47. I paid (major credit card only/does not accept debit). At that point you are emailed a form to fill out to be mailed directly to ANOTHER address for an additional $25. We paid and as of 8-22-19 STILL NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE. My daughter has called 2 times only to be told, she will have it.

What a total scam, waste of time & $$. In the meantime, I have learned from others just call directly ( local marriage records office) for the correct website.

Do not fall for this BS like I did.

Applied for birth certificate when I call North Carolina Vital Records I Was Told You Can Not Apply On Line I Can Only Print Out Application & Mail It In With The Fee.. This Site Is Fraudulent Took My Information & Fee On Line

I called vital records and they told me this website was a scam and was charging $49 for an application that should be free and that they have had lots of calls about this website as well

I was told by Blaine, WA customs agent I can acquire a birth certificate from 'vital statistics'. A google search on these terms placed the following as the first link:
