I placed an order but have never received it. I realized it was probably a scam when my credit card was billed from New York but the shipment is supposedly coming from China. There is no phone number to call on the website or address and only a generic type of email address for customer support. The email I received in response to my inquiry was written in broken English. There have been no more updates about the shipment either. It's supposedly still in China.
