Saw an add on Facebook for clothing brand I liked that was on sale. I purchased a few items on 12/3/23 and received a confirmation email. The order was later cancelled by the company without a refund but I also noticed a shipping email. Then 30 days later, the original tracking number was strangely updated as "delivered". I asked for a refund but instead, received a lengthy message about how they would resend the package "at their expense" but not to contact them at that particular email address again. I was sent a tracking number and yet again, nothing ever showed and the tracking updated to "delivered". When I asked for a refund, they sent me $11 saying they lost money and blamed me and the carrier service. I never received a customer service number to call.

OnlyRess ran an ad as MoCo Boutique and sent fake shipping info. When I emailed to ask where my order was, they said it was on the way. When I emailed after it said it had been delivered, they no longer would answer.

Ad on Facebook that appeared to be a boutique I frequent. Everything was the exact same until payment was entered (including contact phone number and email for boutique) and confirmation email was receieved showing it was not from the company it appeared to be. Then I would get emails stating it had been shipped with a tracking number. When you tracked it- it would update every few days so it appeared it was moving. There is no such shipping company. Track 718. I emailed them once and recieved an email back stating it was still in process and they gave me the tracking number again. 32 days later- it states Item was delivered, which it wasnt. We have camera on front door. nothing. Only way to "contact" them is email. I tried emailing again and no response. I used prepaid debit card so no way to get money back. I did contact the boutique and they had many people share they had been scammed the exact same way.

Took pictures off a website and maid a fake one. Even kept up with the fake tracking number they gave me. When I emailed them they told me to look at the tracking number, I replied telling them there was no package delivered, but it states there was. I have not gotten a reply. I just looked them up on Google and it states they are a fraud website.

I order a pair of what I thoughtwas a pair of Judy Blue jeans for a discounted price. It's supposed to be sent within the US but find out mybpackage was shipped from China. Not to mention it shows it had been delivered but never received it. Also after ordering, I wasn't able to find my order anywhere. Its like it just vanished. This is a scam website ad if its too good to be true, it is.

I had purchased from the legit MoCo Botique before. A sale was posted on FB using the legit sites pictures. I purchased clothing and then too late realized it was a scam. They have responded to emails saying products is on the way but it’s been months and nothing. Then out of nowhere I received a fake ring and searched the shipping address and discovered the same thing happened to another person.

The ad was on Facebook and the site seemed legitimate. No items were ever received and after transaction multiple scammers contacted me via email and text. Including one posing as the United States Post Office

Online shop from instagram ad. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans claiming to be Judy blue brand. Placed order Dec. 2nd 2023. Money was taken out of the debit card used for the amount of 29.88 and it was under the name preetishop usl. When I looked back at email confirmation and clicked to see my order it said it wasn’t found. I used email given to contact customer service. They said product had been sent and delivered. I said no I haven’t received anything. Let them know I wanted my money back. They emailed back saying that they could resend the package or we can only refund you 60 percent of the purchase amount. I said ok well send that refund back please. They said they would and it would take 15-25 working days. I checked my debit card and saw a credit back for 5.98 back from that same name preetishop usl and it said Los Angeles. I’ve gone back to emails from the email address and this time I saw it was this email [email protected] instead of the [email protected] that’s when it triggered scam to me.

I saw the ad on Facebook and placed an order on December 11. I got an email order confirmation from [email protected]. There was a tracking number that showed the item was coming from China. I checked the tracking today and the info was blank. Went back to the email and clicked “View your order” and got a message that said Sorry! Order not found. However, $39.87 went out to Preetishop Usl Los Angeles Ca on December 11.

me to raised it with credit card company and they replyed that the company have asked to stop action and money will be credited to my card within 20 days and the credit card company would monitor it and take apropiate action

The scammers have stolen a legitimate company's branding, images, content, etc., and posed as that company online through instagram postings. The charge of $49.95 was put through on my credit card but the payee shown is PREETISHOP. I received bogus email order confirmations from China again posing as the company and another entity called OnlyRess. Please shut down this fraudulent Chinese website ....https://onlyress.com/?source=email&orderNumberFromEmail=231207004905645&...⇄
