I told her that if she was with frontier then she should already know what package we carry. She said, "Frontier only provide's a phone number, that's it". Once I said OK she transferred me to a man.
He said his name was Russell. He asked what my package was and then assumed I was paying around $250 a month and he could lower that rate by $50 or more. I laughed and told him I payed around $180. He replied, "well WE can lower THAT rate by $50". I told him that I would need to consult with my adviser, could he provide me with a return phone number and his extension. He gave me the 855-359-2668 # after a long hesitation.
I immediately contacted the BBB. ( please note all the information I gave them was as false as their company)
