Today's date I have six emails back and forth there's always being the exact same Auto send back giving me a USPS number that has stated since May 29th my shipment is on way from the fulfillment center to USPS in fFushing New York. We are now at June 5th? the rhetoric response I get is the same email stating that my package is on the way to USPS from the fulfillment center! I've asked is somebody walking it to Flushing ,New York? according to the USPS tracking number it has never arrived at their first station to get sent to me in Illinois! Once I found this site on Google I filed my 5th dispute with my bank concerning fraudulent sites and activity ??????.do not do not do not ever order off of a site on Facebook or off of a site sent to you to your email! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! IF YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ON FACEBOOK OR IN YOUR EMAIL LOOK FOR IT AT AMAZON! OR LOOK UP THE MANUFACTURER AND CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY! I HAVE LEARNED MY LAST LESSON IN ORDERING ONLINE THIS YEAR WITH FIVE THINGS OVER $1,300 AND NONE OF WHICH HAS EVER ARRIVED ????????

This place is a rip off factory. I ordered a pulse oximeter. First off it took almost 2 months before I even received it because it comes directly from China. Then it didn't work. First it wouldn't read. So we bought brand new batteries to try and then we got a low power reading. No matter what we did, it didn't work. So I contacted customer service. First by email, which was a joke - then phone. The phone people are nothing more than pacifiers to make you feel like you're being taken care of but you aren't.
I was told to take a picture of the problem and send it to their support email. Which I did. The first offer was a 20% credit and keep the broken item. I replied no, it's broken and I should get a full refund. Second offer was 40% credit and I can keep the broken item. No, the return policy says refund if returned within 30 days. So they will give me a full refund if I return the item and I PAY SHIPPING BACK TO CHINA. Then I suppose *if* I did that, it would take more than 30 days to receive it and they would refuse to refund me anything.
I contacted my credit card company and maybe they can get me my money back.
Funny how they make their rip off company name very similar to Omrons which is a reputable medical equipment company.
Stay away and do yourself a favor and find your medical equipment somewhere else! You will get defective crap and no way to exchange or refund.

I ordered a pulse oximeter. It finally did arrive a month later and is completely useless. My husband and I tried it many times, and our oxygen level is mostly in the 80’s range. Such a scam.

Agree with a previous review. We also ordered two Pulse Oximeters from Onnrons. We actually received the items. However, one was dead on arrival and the other one gives totally unreliable readings when it works. If you were to believed readying the omimeter provides we should already be on a respirator! They do not reply to my phone calls or inquires. You can not find anything contact or return information. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought this device for my grandfather, his was in hypertension. She doesn't know to use a complicated blood pressure monitor. This one is really easy to use for my grandfather! Economical, convenient, portable and accurate! You don't have to buy batteries extra because it will come with it. It performs well, highly recommend!

I agree with Skysail. Seems totally fake. I found it suspicious when I went to the website and there is very little information on their "company info" but when you click on privacy policy on how they collect your data, there's 3-4 times the amount of information. We have no idea who founded this company and where it's located. So I did more research and it brought me to this site. Glad I found it! They aren't scamming one cent from me!
I called their toll free number, no live agent. I was in a phone cue for a couple of minutes and it hung up on me!
SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!

I'm one of the lucky ones. This morning Onnrons is advertising "breathing" face masks. I wanted to find out where they were located because I've already been "screwed" once by another company on face masks (WISH.com). I found out after I had placed the order they charged me $35 and $11 for shipping from CHINA. I wanted to make sure Onnrons was legit. After reading all the above comments (Thank you very much) I found I would have gotten "screwed" yet again!

On April 24, 2020 I ordered a pulse oximeter. My mom was in the hospital with Covid-19 and returning home. I wanted to be ready for her return so I ordered this product through this company. It is now May 14. My mother has since passed and I never received this pulse ox. I would think that during this difficult time, for so many, if a company exists, like Onnrons, that scams the public it would be shut down.
