On March 19, 2024 I contacted ONN Computers at 888-688-5447 about my tablet that would not charge. On March 19, 2024 at 2:09 pm I sent per there request them my serial number and receipt to them. On March 21, 2024 at 12:08 pm I sent another email asking what the next step is. On March 25, 2024 at 5:03 pm I sent another email indicating that I have called twice and want to know what is happening. I March 27, 2024 at 10:24 am I received an email from ONN that RMA#L3833-70288 has been issued to my case and with authorization to send my device to USA repiar center ONN 9850 Sixth Street, Ranco Cucamonga, CA 91730. It was shipped by UPS Store #0363 in which I had to pay 30.15 on March 27, 2024 at 1:41 pm tracking number 1ZAC844403114580453. It was receved on April 2, 2024 at 11:51 am and signed by Peter. After multiple calls asking for an update they kept saying be patient they are working on it. Finally on May 4, 2024 at 2:48 am I received an email from ONN stating "We will refund you on the tablet. How do you want to get paid?" On May 6, 2024 at 3:43 pm I responded "I would like to get a check sent to Manuel Hall 381 Alphonse Street, Rochester, NY 14621. What will happen with my tablet? I contacted them via phone to see if they received the email and got the run around. On May 6, 20224 at 11:34 pm they sent an email stating thank you for the information and it has been sent to the refund department. On May 7, 2024 at 9:25 am I sent an email and said thank you. On May 9, 224 at 4:41 am I sent an email asking when the check will be mailed out. On May 9, 2024 at 2:26 pm they responded by saying We will send you a tracking number once the check is mailed out. On May 10, 2024 at 5:14 am I responded and said thank you. I called the following week asking when the check will be sent out and kept getting the run around again. On May 28, 2024 at 2:05 pm I reeived an email stating that the check will be mailed out this week and thanks for you patience. On June 7, 2024 at 2;33 pm I sent an emailing stating that my mail has come and I still don't have my check. On June 8, 2024 I contacted them via phone complaining and stating that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau because it has been since March 19, 2024 and no resolution has been made. On June 10, 2024 at 10:47 am I received and email from ONN stating that the tracking number the check is 9402111206204796628130. I then called them On Jnue 10, 2024 at 12:40 pm and asked how it was being sent and got the run around again and I told them I am reporting them and the stated that will send the check out immediately.
