Was scammed out of $99. I couldn’t get up with any one on the phone! I couldn’t track my order.

Facebook ad for products item never received. Shipped unknown item

Facebook advertisement for on cloud shoes. Scammer took payment. Shipped some unknown item that I never received. Opened dispute through paypal. PayPal closed in favor of seller because he provided proof of shipment. I did not see name or address it was shipped to, or the weight of the products. The product order was 2 pair of shoes. Weight of package should have been over 8 lbs. it was marked as shipped on the day after it was supposedly delivered to some unknown address. I paid $99 for two pair of shoes that I never received

Contact your post office and give them the tracking number. Not this site name but another one I purchased OnCloud shoes from did the same thing to me. No matter how much I argued with PayPal they kept denying my claim because the seller provided a tracking number. When I looked up the tracking number it only gave a city and state. The post office can check that number. These people are stealing tracking numbers. After you get confirmation that it was not shipped to you or your address, call PayPal directly. The lady I spoke with called my post office and verified the information while she placed me on hold. I finally won.I also reported the ad to Facebook and never got anywhere with them. Good luck!
