The scammer, Onye Kachi, is contacting women on Facebook, getting them to quickly catch strong feelings for him, then saying that he is unable to come to America, but is having the women come to him in Greece. He is Nigerian from Africa.

He can be found on Facebook under "Onye Kachi" but there are many people using that same name.
