I saw the add on facebook for outdoor rocking chairs on sale and bought two from Ooklea. I received two ratchet screwdriver sets instead. I contacted them and they said they’re sorry, they sold out, and I could pay to return the screwdriver sets and get a 40% refund. I said absolutely not, to give me a full refund or I will report it, and they said they will refund 50% and I don’t need to return it. I said no, they will refund me fully. That’s where I am at as of about 10 minutes ago. Please advise!

Purchased an outdoor rocking chair from ooklea website. The website noted a CA shipping address and fast shipping. After 4 weeks and tracking from China, I received a scarf, not a chair.
