I opened this credit card with 200.00. I had auto pay set. They reported to the credit bureau that I had a late payment. I closed the account. Three 1/2 months and 6 phone calls later I still have not received my money $200 back. Thy keep telling me it takes up to two months to process. After the first 2 months, they said they had to stop payment and issue another check. 12 days after they SAID they issued another check I called and they told me they would issue the check the following Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. They are drawing interest on my money yet I can’t use my money while they are playing around with it. I’m tired of the lies. It’s a scam. They will mess up your credit. I asked to speak to the Finance Director and was told THEY DON’T HAVE ONE!!! WTH?
