I was interested in starting an online class for a promotion on my job. I discovered interview Kickstart. I spoke to a representative. He stated I could put money down to hold a seat in class through a verbal agreement I would get a refund if I was unable meet the terms. The major term was being able to pay for the class. They proposed $1000 down with an $800 dollars a month for 10 months. I could not meet the term so, I requested a refund in April of 2023. There was not an immediate response to my request then later the school manufactured a signed contact stating there is no refunds for this transaction. I've been seeking a refund since April 2023.
