Ordered 10/16, on 10/28 email said it was delivered on 10/16. Contacted "customer support" and they said my order had been processed and I would get an email when it shipped. Never got an email. Sent another email to"customer support" and got a generic response. After 7 weeks with nothing I yet again emailed and got the same generic email. It had nothing to do with what I wrote.
