I ordered an ornament for Christmas gift. It came totally backwards therefore nunredable. I immediately did a serch for a contact phone number....none available. However they did give an email address which I used. I wrote 3 emails ....none of them were replied to. What can I do to get them to live up to their boast of 100% return policy if not satisfied? Pklease advise me.
