I ordered 2 products, confirmed via email with a response back that the items listed were in fact the brand name and warrantied items. I made the purchase and paid for express shipping 5-8 business days. During the 4 week waiting period for my items I reached out again asking for updated tracking, eventually emailing them asking to cancel the order. It took 4 weeks for my items to eventually arrive and they were damaged, and knock offs poorly made. I also saw that the package came from China not Colorado. I submitted photos immediately per their return policy listed on the website. Asking for support and a refund. I emailed 5 times and did not receive a response. Now my emails get returned because the email does not exist anymore.
