The company pictured and advertised as having in stock a designer pair of eyeglass frames. I went online and used a credit card to make the purchase. Shortly after making the purchase, I received text messages to check my emails as there had been a problem with the order. The email said that they had found a flaw with the pair that they had in stock, so could not sell them. They asked me to pick another pair. I did not want to, as this was to replace an older version of the same frame used by my daughter. I tried to call but no one ever answered or returned the call. I left the message to cancel, and sent an email response to cancel, indicating that I did not want a different pair. These went unanswered, and the charge was left pending on my credit card. I got spam texts and emails repeatedly from them asking me to choose another pair. Then after repeated responses to cancel the order, they emailed me that they had found another pair of the frames but could only give them to me if I paid more money. I refused. They then told me they would give them to me for the original price if I added the prescription lense (which I did not need). From the start I realized that this was a scam company. I received harrassment emails, texts, never a phone call. They ignored my request to cancel the order. They kept sending me the request for more money and refused to cancel the order. I reported it to my VISA company and they took it off the card. I would be out of money if I had used a debit card. It was an ugly, frightening business, and I found many other similar complaints on the internet - but when I looked initially I did not see any bad reviews. I have all of the emails and texts verifying this complaint. The business is a sham and crooked.

I contacted this company to have my "Arnette" sunglasses repaired. After contacting them via email, I was instructed to mail in my sunglasses for evaluation. I continued by asking if I could send in a copy of my Rx to possibly have my sunglasses converted to Rx glasses. They said yes. After sending my glasses in they advised on the receipt of my glasses. After approximately 22 emails to confirm that my order would be correct, and re-confirming that my new lenses would be a progressive Rx lens, they agreed, and had me pay. Before the payment I received an email from a Becky stating that she would do the progressive Rx lenses and she would throw in "free" new hinges. Well, upon receipt of my sunglasses, they had regular tinted lenses, the frames were NEVER buffed nor cleaned up, and NO hinges. As I called Becky to explain that I didn't receive what I had paid $217.00 for, she replied, "you got what you paid for". She was very rude, and hung up on me! I believe she's a one man shop, because I called back three times and to three different departments. With ALL three times she answered and hung up right away. So I was scammed for $217.00 and NO product. THEN, she sent me an email requesting for a "Tip" for her service! The audacity!

I had to buy a sunglasses & I found that the company OpticsFast has an excellent offer for me, so I made the order. 3 weeks later I got the item, fisrt of all they are fake, after that I realise taht they are used, & the best is that lens are changed by noname ones.

So I called the company & I had a very polite (in a sarcastic way) phone opeartor ... waw ... this is the worst company I delt with in my life, really they should not be in business. This is a big scam.

Please don't do business with these guys, & in general if you wanna buy something on internet, do your home work (as I will do next time) & read about clients comments before placing an order. Thank you.
