The caller identified himself as Chris Thompson with Optima Directory. He called daily and when I finally took the call he asked me to confirm my non-profit's information as listed in the phone book. He said he would be sending an invoice to the agency with his business card. When I asked him to email me a website or other information he said it would all be in the invoice. I felt pressured and after getting off the phone when I did some online research realized this was a scam!
