Buy Optimal Fraud & Identity Theft

Received an unexpected web order type USPS package addressed to my wife and wasn't sure what it was. We opened it up and found 5 bottles of Optimal Keto pills and 2 bottles of Detox pills. We then noticed the pkg was addressed to a nearby house. Took the pkg to the address (summer residents who had recently arrived) and they said they knew nothing about it. Decided to just throw it away. A week or so later, our Visa statement had 2 charges from Buy Optimal which included an 1-888-901-9213 number ($159.xx and $59.xx). Called (typical boiler room background noise) and the answering agent began by asking a LOT of questions about name, email, etc. including "is that right" verification questions where the natural answer was "Yes"! Sounded like a scam, so I just hung up. Disputed the charges with Visa and they cancelled/replaced the card. So, Buy Optimal has our card number number, etc., only an approximate address, and are randomly selling things to people that never bought them. So, it seems that it's coming directly from this company.

I walked out and noticed I had a package and wasn't sure what it was. I opened it up and found 5 bottles of Keto pills and 2 bottles of Detox pills. I never ordered these. It was $259.87 USD! I never contacted the company ever. They charged it to a card I use less frequent and hadn't purchased anything with the card in at least a month. They have my card number apparently and my address and are randomly selling things to people that never bought them. The charge showed on the card as from "buy optimal". So, it seems that it's coming directly from this company. I sent them an email and I'm disputing the charge as this is clearly fraud, which I cannot verify it was the companies fraud or if there is a 3rd party. Since the charge came directly from "buy optimal" I would assume it's them. It seems there are other similar reports all involving Keto pills. A new card is on it's way and that card is cancelled. It's not a card I would have had autosaved anywhere.
