i purchase a dog form a woman named "Darine More" it was a Tibetan mastiff puppy. she told me she lives at 8919 Ridge Place, Bethesda MD. we agreed on the price of $450 for the dog. she said she would send the dog to me using optimal pet relocaters which would cost an additional $120. They had me send a western union money transfer to Wezley Taley in Laurel MD, 20709. once I transferred the money they called me and said that the dog needed an approved cage. i said no i was not going to pay for that i didn't agree to that. then the sender "paid" for the crate and once they were about the dog i got a call and they said i needed to buy the pet insurance and i said i would not pay for it because it wasn't part of the original agreement. The woman who was selling me the dog called off the deal. I requested a full refund and the pet agency agreed and said i would have it the next day. I can not get a hold of either the agency or the woman who was going to sell me the dog. I have not received my refund of $570.
