A credit card arrives in the mail that looks and reads that it is - to plan, save and pay for medical expenses with your optum payment card".
It is simply a credit card made to look as if you are receiving something connected to your health insurance.
THE SCAM is that when you call to ask not to receive in the mail - They activate you automatically.
I have been receiving 1 a month for 6 months and finally called.
