Scam/phishing operation

They sent my elderly mother an email saying her order was confirmed for over $130 of skin care products with postal tracking information and links to their customer support and live chat. She had never ordered any product from them, had never heard of the company, and the claimed product was not something she would use.
She called them up to tell them to cancel the order because her credit card had apparently been compromised.
The "customer service representative", who spoke with an Asian accent, asked her for her name and address information, which she gave, and then for her credit card information so that he "can process your refund". Luckily, she realized it was a scam at that point and refused to give it to him.
After looking up this company, their YouTube videos appear to show that they are located in India, based upon the language people are speaking in the videos (advertising the same products that other people here were cheated on).
This company exists to commit fraud in multiple ways - sale of fake and ineffective products, fraud from illegitimate billing, and identity theft

Unauthorized use of credit card

I only looked at their web site. Next thing I know I have a $ 199.00 charge on my credit card. I didn't order anything from them!

I ordered a product online. I received the product, which didn't work.

I received an email less than a month later saying that a different product, which I did not order, was shipping.

I canceled the order, but I was told I could not get a refund.

But I could get 50% off yet another product, which probably would not work.

This company is fraudulent.

Order defaulted to the most expensive

Purchase 1 bottle for 60 dollars and 9.95, but the sale defaulted to the 199 plus free shipping. Customer service says it has been refunded but has still been taken out of my account

I fell for the skin tag removal drops. Naturally I wanted the cheapest per bottle price so I spent the $198 plus S&H.
What a scam. The crap does not work. Hope the SHARK TANK investors (Especially Mr Cuban who thinks cause he's rich we should all cow tow and follow his lead) go broke with this product.
If that wasn't bad enough, 45 days later my card was hit for 69.85 by GARCINIAFASTSTANDINGS 833-8098452 CA
for some cleanse product. When I called to dispute Oranga Wellness said I had joined a club for refills. I challenged the teenager 16 going on 12 on the other end of the line and she got hostile. I ten explained to the child that when you join a club for a certain product that future un-solicited refills will arrive BUT it will be the same as the original product you purchase. This was a completely differed product. After a 30 day fight with Oranga and closing out my mastercard the charge was reversed.
Here's a piece of advice my son gave this 75 yr old woman, if you must but on line from JUNK sites #1 check out the reviews and #2 get a vanilla visa to use for the purchase. Then when the thieves try hitting your card 30 days later without your permission they have $100 or so available to steal, instead of the extremely high credit amount of a credit score of 810 gets you.

I wish I would have checked into this company before I (thought) I ordered ONE bottle and got charged for THREE (and confirmed for FIVE). I got on their live chat and cancelled the order within TWO minutes, but was told the sale was final. I immediately filed a dispute with my bank -- the sale was already pending. Within a half hour, I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Oranga sent me an email that they were sending the product to me. I could return it, but shipping and handling would be deducted from my refund. This is a Saturday -- the order was cancelled within two minutes. They acknowledged my cancellation and told me my order was already processed within seven minutes. There is no way the items would be shipped before at least Monday. If their serum is so good at removing one mole in eight hours, why the heck do I need five bottles? FRAUD

The product SkillCell Repair was advertised with major celebrity endorsements and a money back guarantee . ordered 1 bottle, used it for 1 month (advertised to be effective in a week). had no results. I asked for my money back. was told that opened packages could not be returned. after much arguing, they promised a 50% refund. that was in October. I have been told they cancelled the refund because my bank wouldn't it accept it. after much back and forth, I have them a home address to send it to and have gotten no response.
