OFE39196 I placed an order with orangefudge 4 months ago. Is my order number I have received no confirmation I have received nothing I've sent them eight different email telling them I wanted a full refund showed them proof that it was ordered showed them Bank notes that prove that they took out the money and they have not responded with any of my money yet biggest [censored] joke fraud company ever do not buy from them or you're losing your money

I placed an order with Orange Fudge on 05/03/2020. I received a tracking number through USPS and was advised it may take up to 20 days to receive. At the 21 day mark I reached out to the company to see why their shipping partner had not released my package yet. Additionally, I contacted USPS to see if perhaps they could assist me as well. USPS was prompt with their response and were the ones who advised me that package had not been released yet. Orange Fudge on the other hand responded that the package was on its way, which was false, because if they had actually investigated the issue appropriately that would have known that the issue was with them/their shipping partner. I emailed orange fudge a second time with a screen shot of USPS response, but have not heard received a response since then. I have since done more research and have found numerous amounts of people have experienced the same issue. They ordered products through Orange Fudge and never received their items. which leads many to believe that the company is a scam bu offering products that do not exist, taking peoples money, creating a "tracking number" to make people think their package is on its way, and we never receive the items.

I bought 3 pairs of jeans from orangefudge.com through Facebook on April 9, 2020. On April 15, 2020 I received a tracking number for a package to usps.

Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 5:31 am on April 15, 2020 in FREMONT, CA 94538. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

That tracking information has not changed. I tried calling both usps and newgistics and they have no package with that tracking information, just information saying that a package is expected but not received. I have tried contacting orangefudge and there is only a email address. I reciever an email from them on april 30 saying to contact usps who does not have a package with the tracking number, just an expectancy of a package.
