I filed an FTC fraudulent complaint TWICE on this company with 2 different contact names and 2 different emails, not including their website's info@ email. This is not a real company and they are attempting to loan private money to new real estate investors who don't understand that you NEVER give a company (or their agent or fake title company) a fee upfront for lending to them. You pay through title and the money will come out of escrow, not out of your pocket. The site was pretty legit looking and I did not look close enough. I went through the "loan process" for my business and was sent an email to pay my fee outside of escrow before closing. I realized the scam and went right to the FTC. Then, a few weeks later, a NEW NAME and email using the same company and website sent another message out asking if I needed funding. This time, with a FAKE title company. The title company site looked legit but no phone, no full address, no answer to a forwarding number that sounded overseas.
