My mother. Googled JetBlue customer service and this phone number came up under JetBlue. She called the number and the agent said he was from JetBlue. She thought she was working directly with the airline. The scammer said he was a JetBlue ticket agent. He sold my mother the tickets but charged an extra undisclosed fee of $2300.
