I have a cafe and I sighed up with order hero for about 3-4 months I never liked their service i tried to cancel and they gave hard time i called more than 100 time barely someone answered the phone a guy name Hutch never picked thw phonwe when you the most needed them. I still have customers using their service and i have never got refunded

We wanted to get dinner from this nearby italian place so we placed a order with order hero for $30. This italian place later called us (around 10 mins after) to inform us we need to somehow cancel our order and that order hero is fake.

I went to google looking for the phone number of a restaurant I wanted food from then saw what I thought was the option to order online, but it was just a scam. I got to the restaurant to get my food and the owner basically told me I was full of [censored] that they don’t take online orders. So now I’m out the money and I’m even more hungry than I was to begin with

This is a fake food ordering website. I paid for the food but it never came. I Checked with the restaurant but they had no clue what I was talking about.

I placed an order at a restaurant near me called El Fogon. I have been to this place before and ordered online with no issues. When I went on the website everything looked normal and it had a tab that said "Order Online" which I did. This took me to a website called Orderhero and I though it was just another online ordering website like Doordash or Toastytabs. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my order they said they have never received the order in the first place. I showed the owner my email confirmation that I received from them and he informed me that they were not associated with these people and they did not agree to do business with them. He explained to me that he called whoever was in charge of the fake website to take it down because people are ordering through it and showing up at the restaurant even though the restaurant never received the order in the first place. So, these people on Orderhero are stealing peoples credit card information and personal information in addition to the money that is supposed to be going to this restaurant. I already canceled my card because I feared that more money would be stolen.

As I called the restaurant a text popped up immediately telling me to place my order on line and receive 5% discount. After placing and paying for the order I was called by the owner saying that order hero was a scam. Not sure how they were able to text me, must have the pizza places number hijacked.

The "Order Hero" site www.tacosguaymas.site is fake. I am the attorney for the owner of the Tacos Guaymas restaurant a the address and phone number on the site (Seattle) and my client has nothing to do with this site. Unsuspecting persons who have ordered and paid online have appeared to pick up their orders. This is theft.

I ordered a product from Tessi’s pizza in Salem, NH through order hero. I was soon informed by the restaurant staff that I’d have to pay again when I got there since order hero doesn’t supply the restaurant with payment. I can’t find a contact number or email to get my money back.

They appear to hijack google maps profiles of independent restaurants and insert their fake website copying the restaurant's menu where you place your order and give them your credit card info. The restaurant does not know about the order and doesn't get the money. We canceled the payment through our credit card company and just paid the restaurant directly.

This service advertises like a DoorDash for quick ordering of food from multiple restaurants. However, you get to the restaurant and they tell you it is a scam. Yet, they take your money, before you get there. Requiring you to then cancel your credit card and contact any and all businesses that you have auto deduct taken from each month. Nightmare!

Una Mas in North San Jose is a reputable business I really enjoy the food at this location and the folks that work there. Unfortunately, I ordered from *** by mistake and found out this site receives payment but does NOT pass the $$ on to the actual restaurant. I found this out when I went to pick up my food order at 2559 N 1st St, San Jose, CA, 95131, from the owner. I received an order confirmation via email from ***  The amount was minimal, however, the owner at Una Mas stated she receives orders, that she feels she needs to fulfill, every day, without payment.

This company hacked the website of a local restaurant and we ordered dinner/gave our card info to them.
